Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between El Loco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and French Toast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, El Loco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, French Toast!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toast looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Loco gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Toast is working for takedown but Loco is calmly controlling the position for now.
Loco gets underhooks to prevent Toast's takedown attempt.

Loco breaks from the clinch.
Loco looks to land a right hand but Toast moved out of range.
Toast's coach down at Valhalla Training Grounds was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Toast's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Loco throws a shot from downtown. Toast moves away and avoids it.
Loco scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Toast doesn't seem bothered though.

Toast shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Loco as he jumps to the side.
Toast throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Toast is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Loco lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Toast needs to keep his hands up - Loco had a free shot at his head there.
Loco feints and then cracks Toast's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Toast down.
Toast fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Toast throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Loco tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Toast is in Loco's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Toast throws a big elbow that misses.
Loco looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Toast throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Loco works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Toast has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Toast stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Loco swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

El Loco got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
