The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Riccuito ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Creston moves away.
Creston wants to land a leg kick but Riccuito is out of range.
Creston bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Riccuito drops his hands momentarily and Creston takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Creston scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

The fighters circle momentarily. Riccuito darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Creston fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Riccuito has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Creston has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Riccuito finds it's way round the side to connect with Creston's head.
Riccuito's corner calls for a 1-2. Riccuito obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

and Riccuito rattles Creston with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Creston tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Riccuito dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Creston stiff and motionless on the mat!

A relieved looking Mark Riccuito thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
