Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jimmy Dugan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eric Cartman!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartman takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Cartman throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
A head kick misses from Dugan.
Dugan connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Cartman momentarily.
It looks like Eric Cartman has been cut.
Dugan misses with a body punch
and Cartman counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cartman wants to pass to mount but Dugan is defending the position.
Dugan wants to get back to his feet.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Dugan is trying to stand.
Cartman content to control rather than advance.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Eric Cartman.
A chopping leg kick lands by Dugan.
Cartman slips a jab and a cross from Dugan.
Dugan fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Dugan scores with a three punch combo!
Cartman fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dugan avoids it really well and circles away.
Cartman moves out of range of the body kick.
Cartman takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Cartman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Cartman lands in his opponent's guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cartman wants to control from the top but Dugan keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Cartman pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dugan is keeping the position for now.
Cartman is standing up over Dugan. Dugan looks to escape but Cartman dives into side control.
Dugan is not content to let Cartman control the position.
Dugan tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dugan is trying to stand back up.
Cartman sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Dugan taps out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Eric Cartman!
