PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bla Bla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hazni Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bla comes to the cage accompanied by I'm gonna live forever. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bla shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ali as he jumps to the side.
Ali shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Bla eats them both and turns towards Ali to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Bla Bla has been cut.
Ali keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Bla jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Bla takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bla misses with a two punch combination.
Ali pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Bla back to the cage. Ali follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ali connects with a body shot.
Bla shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ali but Ali pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Ali goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Ali bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Ali got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bla has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ali has managed to get both his arms back between Bla's legs - danger averted.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
