Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Danny Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sami Sykloni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown comes into the arena with Kurupt - I Didn't Change blaring out of the sound system. Sykloni is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Within Temptation - Whole World Is Watching. Sami Sykloni is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown tries to score with a low kick but Sykloni moves his leg out of the way.
Brown throws a leg kick but Sykloni checks it.
Sykloni moves out of range of the body kick.
Sami Sykloni seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown throws a push kick but Sykloni slaps the foot to one side.

Sykloni feints and then cracks Brown's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Brown down.

The fighters circle momentarily. Brown darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like Sami Sykloni has been cut.

A punch lands to the side of Brown 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Brown chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Sykloni can pounce on him.
Sykloni throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Sykloni working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brown has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Brown lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Brown drops Sykloni with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Sykloni! Brown dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
