Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Reijo Rento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dow Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rento lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Jones lands a nice looking body shot.
Jones darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Rento tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jones manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rento lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

It looks like Dow Jones has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rento cracks Jones with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Jones looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Rento finish him?
Jones throws an overhand right that lands on Rento's shoulder, as Rento tries to avoid the shot.
Rento staying out of range there.
Rento tries to clinch
and Jones cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rento looks for a takedown but Jones sprawls well.
Rento cracks Jones's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Jones slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Rento can do further damage! This one is done, son!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Reijo Rento!
A relieved looking Reijo Rento thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
