Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jewell Beach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Pic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jewell Beach has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jewell Beach seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pic throws a low kick but Beach avoids it.

Beach gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pic to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Pic is stalling in the full guard.
Pic wants to control from the top but Beach keeps moving.
Beach really is a fat lump.
Pic passes into half guard under a barage of strikes.
Pic thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Beach's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Beach is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pic pulls his head out easily.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pic cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Pic has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Pic has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Beach's face.

Beach is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Pic presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Pic escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Pic bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Beach's guard.

Beach pushes Pic off and gets back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Pic shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Beach is trying to defend but Pic finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Pic is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

King Pic showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Pic moves out of range as Beach strikes.
Beach throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Pic feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Pic wants to lay and pray for a moment but Beach keeps working.
Pic slips a nice elbow through Beach's hands, connecting with Beach's forehead.

Pic looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Pic thows a huge punch but Beach dodges it nicely.
Pic is taking a breather. Beach says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Pic winds up and cracks Beach with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Pic in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Beach tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Pic!
