Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Al Gory (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cruz has chosen CALIFORNIA LOVE by Tupac ft. Dr. Dre as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gory lands a nice shot that snaps Cruz's head back.

Gory ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cruz moves away.

Cruz closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Gory did well to prevent Cruz getting side control.

Cruz closes the distance and clinches up with Gory, looking for a takedown. Cruz pushes Gory against the cage but Gory circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
