Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dom Nik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pierluigi Scuderi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dom Nik!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pierluigi Scuderi!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Kavanagh and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nik tries to move into range but Scuderi moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Dom Nik has been cut.
No luck for Nik with that takedown attempt.
Pierluigi Scuderi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Scuderi lands an overhand right.
Scuderi throws a series of punches but Nik moves out of range.
Nik on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Scuderi throws a right and a left that both miss.
Scuderi darts in trying to clinch
and Nik counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Scuderi pulls Nik in close to his closed guard and prevents Nik from doing any damage or advancing position.

Scuderi works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Scuderi digs a good body shot into Nik's ribs.

Scuderi pushes Nik up against the cage in a clinch.
Scuderi tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Nik smiles and moves away.

Scuderi has control of Nik's left arm, preventing Nik from doing any damage.

Scuderi has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Nik is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Nik keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Scuderi's efforts to push away.
Scuderi is trying to force a seperation but Nik has the dominant position.

Scuderi looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Scuderi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Scuderi misses with a series of wild punches.
Scuderi throws a shot from downtown. Nik moves away and avoids it.
Scuderi lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Scuderi closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Scuderi ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Scuderi no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Scuderi throws a shot from downtown. Nik moves away and avoids it.
Scuderi misses with a wild combination.
Jab, jab by Scuderi - just one landing.
Scuderi throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nik closes the distance and clinches up with Scuderi, looking for a takedown. Nik pushes Scuderi against the cage but Scuderi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Oooooh!!! Scuderi has knocked Nik down with a huge combo! Scuderi steps away and waves a wobbly Nik back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Nik is rocked!

Scuderi is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Nik is controlling him.
Nik seems to have got his legs back now.
Nik missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Scuderi is trying to control the position but Nik postures up.
Nik slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Nik is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Dom Nik.
Scuderi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Dom Nik's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Nik takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Scuderi tries to clinch but Nik moves out of range.
Scuderi misses with a straight left.
Scuderi lands a left and a right that send Nik crashing to the mat, dazed. Scuderi thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nik swats away the attempt to clinch by Scuderi.
Scuderi scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Scuderi wants to clinch.
Scuderi drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Nik right on the button. Nik goes down! Scuderi follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Scuderi gets the win via TKO!
