Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hasse Hansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Rodriguez's choice of entrance music: Anxiety. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rodriguez pinned against the cage. Rodriguez gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hansson throws a wild body kick that Rodriguez sees coming a mile off.
Rodriguez tries to clinch there but Hansson circles away.
Rodriguez fails to land with a series of punches.
Hansson misses with a few strikes there.
Hansson drops Rodriguez with a right and a left! Hansson comes rushing in but Rodriguez regains his composure and manages to keep Hansson in guard.
It looks like Eddie Rodriguez has been cut.
Hansson is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
