Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ca Chulainn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Callum Wardrop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chulainn moves into the clinch.
Wardrop has Chulainn pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Chulainn manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Still in the clinch, Chulainn scores with a nice short uppercut.
Wardrop is looking to take this one to the mat.

Wardrop is trying to drag Chulainn to the mat but Chulainn just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Ca Chulainn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Callum Wardrop.
Wardrop goes for a takedown attempt but Chulainn pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Wardrop will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Callum Wardrop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Wardrop shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Chulainn pinned against the cage. Chulainn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Wardrop shoots in for a double leg but Chulainn sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Chulainn digs a right hand underneath Wardrop's ribcage. Wardrop let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Chulainn cracks Wardrop with a nice body shot.

Chulainn is pressed up against the cage. Wardrop has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Chulainn down to the mat. Chulainn avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Wardrop takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Chulainn feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Wardrops jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Chulainn Rushes Wardrop and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Wardrop is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Chulainn Piles on the pressure and Wardrop crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
