The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cote keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bedlan.
Cote throws a series of punches but Bedlan avoids them all with ease.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Bedlan prevents a takedown attempt there.
Cote has Bedlan pushed against the cage.

Bedlan breaks from the clinch.
Good exchange - Cote coming out on top.

Bedlan gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Cote is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Bedlan wants to stand up but Cote is controlling him.

Bedlan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cote. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Cote is pushing down on Bedlan's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bedlan is fighting to maintain full guard but Cote has managed to sneak the leg through.
