The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tate tries to sprawl but Tuckich drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Tate shoots in looking for a takedown but Tuckich manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tate's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close second round but I would say that Hans Tuckich will probably get the nod.
