Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Filipe Sa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Quiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sa comes to the cage accompanied by I got the power. Filipe Sa had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Filipe Sa looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Sa looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Filipe Sa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Quiz tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sa swivels and escapes.
Quiz steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sa.
Sa misses with a series of wild punches.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Quiz is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sa is just riding it out for now. Quiz eventually gives up the hold.

Quiz decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Quiz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sa swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Sa can't keep his opponent in guard - Quiz advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Quiz is taking a breather. Sa says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Quiz stands up and beckons Sa to join him on the feet.

Quiz shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Quiz showed some decent athleticism there.

Quiz stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

That's time! Sa's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Sa looks to land a left hand but Quiz moved out of range nicely.
Quiz fails with a takedown attempt.
Quiz avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sa takes a swing at Quiz's ribcage but misses.
Quiz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sa tries to avoid it but Quiz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sa to the ground. Sa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
