With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Timothy Christopher!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MCconnor shoots in looking for a takedown but Christopher manages to keep the fight standing, pushing MCconnor's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A nice inside leg kick there by Christopher. That's going to slow MCconnor down.
Christopher paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.


It looks like Gregor MCconnor has been cut.

MCconnor is working for a kimura but Christopher is defending it quite comfortably.
Christopher throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

MCconnor has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Christopher has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

The crowd cheers as MCconnor lands an impressive looking overhand right. Christopher doesn't seem phased though.

MCconnor is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Christopher can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

MCconnor closes the distance and clinches up with Christopher, looking for a takedown. MCconnor pushes Christopher against the cage but Christopher circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

MCconnor is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Christopher is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

MCconnor tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no MCconnor has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

MCconnor is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Christopher knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
