Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Norbert Jennings!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Johnny Quake!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quake swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jennings fails with a takedown attempt.
Quake has his takedown stuffed

and Jennings counters by moving into the clinch.
Quake blocks a body shot from Jennings.

Quake is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Jennings can't fight it off and eventually Quake manages to take the fight to the floor. Jennings looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Jennings wants to get back to his feet but Quake is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Johnny Quake hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Jennings looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jennings dives in for a single leg takedown but Quake sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Quake really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jennings. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Quake accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Quake fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Jennings to the ground. Quake is now in Jennings's guard.

Quake closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jennings's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Johnny Quake.
Well Quake has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
