The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Saukko did well to prevent Adams getting side control.
Saukko is trying to maintain the position but Adams is very close to passing his half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Saukko keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Saukko is looking to improve his position.
Adams seems to be looking for submissions.
Adams is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Saukko has managed to free his arm - good work.
Saukko is trying to get back to full guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Adams connects with a nice short shot to Saukko's temple.

Adams is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Saukko doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Adams.
Saukko keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Saukko looks like he's trying to stand up.
Adams is looking for a kimura but Saukko is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Adams to get the leverage.
Adams maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Saukko could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Adams has cracked it and Saukko is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Adams!
