Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Seymour Ellenbogen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edison Pope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pope has chosen Schoolboy Q - Man of the Year as his entrance music. Seymour Ellenbogen is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Ellenbogen.
Ellenbogen misses the jab.
Ellenbogen gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Pope ducks under a wild hook from Ellenbogen.
Ellenbogen takes a swing at Pope's ribcage but misses.
Ellenbogen tries to clinch up.

Ellenbogen fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Pope to the ground. Ellenbogen is now in Pope's guard.

Ellenbogen postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Pope is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ellenbogen, into his guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ellenbogen is on top in guard.
Ellenbogen looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
We've been hearing that Ellenbogen has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Ellenbogen lands a couple of elbows.
Ellenbogen prevents Pope from getting back to his feet.
Pope really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ellenbogen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Ellenbogen's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Ellenbogen working some strikes from top position.
Ellenbogen is pushing down on Pope's leg trying to pass to half guard. Pope is fighting to maintain full guard but Ellenbogen has managed to sneak the leg through.
Ellenbogen frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Poor strikes thrown by Ellenbogen there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Ellenbogen fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ellenbogen is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Ellenbogen!
