Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Michael MacRoberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ichi Takeshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacRoberts kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is God Save the Queen by The Sex Pistols. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

19 - 25 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael MacRoberts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ichi Takeshi!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Takeshi misses.
Good shot there by Takeshi.
Takeshi shoots in but MacRoberts avoids the takedown attempt easily.
MacRoberts throws a right and a left that Takeshi avoids nicely.
Takeshi lands with a nice body punch.
Takeshi feints and then cracks MacRoberts's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow MacRoberts down.

MacRoberts throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Takeshi counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for MacRoberts!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Takeshi controlling the position.
MacRoberts knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Takeshi on the ground.
Takeshi's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Takeshi misses with the ground and pound.
Takeshi tries to advance to mount but MacRoberts denies him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
MacRoberts is not content to let Takeshi control the position.
Takeshi is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but MacRoberts is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Takeshi working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
MacRoberts is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Takeshi asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Takeshi lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
MacRoberts is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Takeshi has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Takeshi tries to advance to mount but MacRoberts denies him.
MacRoberts avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Takeshi.
MacRoberts prevents Takeshi from moving into mount.
MacRoberts wants to get back to his feet but Takeshi drags him back down.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
MacRoberts is not content to let Takeshi control the position.
You can see the frustration on MacRoberts's face as Takeshi controls the position.
Takeshi misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Takeshi is working to tighten his grip on MacRoberts's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. MacRoberts has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Takeshi is really squeezing tight and eventually MacRoberts passes out! Takeshi breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Ichi Takeshi!
Ichi Takeshi gave a mention to Darkness in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
Michael MacRoberts was interviewed post fight and said 'Where's my Guinness, yo bitches'.
