Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Hunt.
Adams rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hunt moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Adams rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
enabling Hunt to counter with a crisp jab.
Adams circles away from the clinch attempt
and Adams counters with a left to the body.

Hunt closes the distance and clinches.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Hunt just misses with a elbow thrown towards Adams's brow.
We've been hearing reports that Adams has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Hunt putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Adams in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Hunt jerks Adams's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Adams drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Hunt goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Hunt because Adams was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

After winning the bout, Tony Hunt thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
