Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Melone tries to clinch there but Ramirez circles away.
Melone fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Ramirez to the ground. Melone is now in Ramirez's guard.
Melone wants to pass the guard but Ramirez is keeping the position.
Ramirez can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Melone controls the pace.
Melone pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ramirez is keeping the position for now.
Melone trying to control but Ramirez is working from the bottom.

Patches Melone has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Melone shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ramirez sprawls well. Ramirez wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Melone gets slowly back to his feet.
Melone decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Ramirez got a little sloppy there for a moment and Melone has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ramirez has managed to get both his arms back between Melone's legs - danger averted.
Ramirez tries to stand but Melone is controlling from the bottom.

Melone shoots in but Ramirez avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Patches Melone showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Ramirez takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Melone tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Melone shoots in and bounces Ramirez off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Patches Melone was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Melone rushes Ramirez and presses him up against the cage.

Well Melone has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
