The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendricks gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Hendricks digs a good body shot into Rabago's ribs.
Rabago moves out of range as Hendricks throws a body kick.

Hendricks drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Rabago keeping moving, preventing Hendricks from controlling successfully.
Hendricks with a flurry of punches that miss.
Rabago has his hands on Hendricks's head, controlling the position.
Hendricks throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rabago works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Hendricks wants to control from the top but Rabago keeps moving.
Rabago is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Hendricks is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hendricks working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rabago doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Hendricks is tightening it up a little... Rabago has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Rabago reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Rabago taps out! Nice BJJ there by Hendricks!
