Williams comes to the cage accompanied by Kenny Loggins - I'm free. LaRusso is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by You're The Best!. This should be a great matchup!

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of LaRusso 's head but he takes it in his stride.
LaRusso takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Williams tries to close the distance and clinch but LaRusso swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
LaRusso takes a shot right to the bread basket.
We've been hearing reports that Williams has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Williams closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into LaRusso's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Horrible takedown attempt by Williams or perhaps it was just good defense by LaRusso, which made it look bad.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Stanly Williams will probably get the nod.

LaRusso drops Williams with a beautiful combination! Williams stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - LaRusso is looking for the KO!
