Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nanuk Hayes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Esko Tiutinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Tiutinen rushes Hayes and presses him up against the cage.

Tiutinen drops back looking for a leg! Hayes is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hayes manages to kick Tiutinen off! Tiutinen jumps back into Hayes's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tiutinen would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Tiutinen postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Hayes swats away the attempt to clinch by Tiutinen.
Tiutinen tries to clinch up but Hayes circles away and keeps his distance.
Hayes stuffs the takedown attempt from Tiutinen. Tiutinen gets slowly back to his feet.
Hayes tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tiutinen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tiutinen throws a series of strikes that have Hayes backpedaling.
Hayes throws a nice looking combination but Tiutinen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tiutinen misses with a takedown attempt - Hayes sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Esko Tiutinen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Hayes cracks Tiutinen with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Tiutinen bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Tiutinen postures up and lands a big shot to Hayes's brow.
Hayes keeping moving, preventing Tiutinen from controlling successfully.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Tiutinen takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Tiutinen misses with a takedown
and Hayes counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hayes.
Tiutinen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hayes doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hayes manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Tiutinen is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hayes is controlling him.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nanuk Hayes.
Well Tiutinen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
