Dos Santos throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Dos Santos drops Perry with a beautiful combination! Perry stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dos Santos is looking for the KO!

Dos Santos rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Perry moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Perry tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dos Santos swivels and escapes.
BOOM! Dos Santos lands a beautiful left hook that drops Perry . Perry tries to recover but Dos Santos is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Perry lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Junior Dos Santos!
After winning the bout, Junior Dos Santos thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
