The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne misses with a lunging right hand
and De Luca counters with a head kick.
De Luca misses with a double jab
and De Luca takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A slow jab from De Luca misses its intended target.
Wayne tries to bum rush De Luca with a series of wild strikes but De Luca uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Wayne throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Wayne misses with a wild body shot.
Wayne misses with a few strikes there.
Wayne throws a series of punches but De Luca avoids them all with ease.
De Luca has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Wayne finds it's way round the side to connect with De Luca's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
De Luca throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Wayne.
De Luca avoids the body shot from Wayne.
Wayne throws a right and a left that De Luca avoids nicely.

De Luca has managed to clinch.
De Luca stalling against the cage.

Wayne tries to break the clinch but De Luca is controlling the position.
De Luca is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
De Luca is trying to pull guard but Wayne has him pressed against the cage.
Wayne makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

De Luca is rocked!
Wayne unloads with a big right hand that wobbles De Luca! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Wayne is unloading with more strikes now! De Luca drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
