Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Freddy Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franklin Diggins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diggins has chosen Bonfire as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Viktor Lagutenko and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel misses with a head kick.
Steel closes the distance and pushes Diggins back into the cage.
Steel manages to break the clinch.
Steel wants to clinch.
Steel doesn't manage to clinch there - Diggins circles away.
Diggins tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Steel is able to avoid easily.

Steel has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Diggins throws a sloppy head kick and Steel moves out of range easily.

Steel throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Digginss head.

Diggins has closed the distance and engaged Steel in a clinch.
Steel's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Diggins tries to clinch but Steel moves out of range.

Steel fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Steel looks for the body kick but Diggins saw that one coming.
Steel misses with a jab, cross combination.
Steel closes the distance and clinches.
Diggins comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Freddy Steel has been cut.
Steel breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and Diggins counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Steel tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Diggins throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Freddy Steel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steel misses with a few strikes there.
Steel instigates a clinch.
Diggins is trying to maintain a safe position but Steel gets an underhook and turns Diggins into the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Diggins creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Steel tries to break free but Diggins pushes him back against the cage.
Steel escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Steel throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Franklin Diggins has been cut.
Steel connects with a nice cross there... Diggins is looking wobbly and Steel recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Diggins to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Steel jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Freddy Steel!
Freddy Steel decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
