Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Silberio ZasZas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Fernando (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fernando has chosen Miss Jackson as his entrance music. Silberio ZasZas has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernando fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but ZasZas avoids it really well and circles away.
Manny Fernando seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

ZasZas throws a series of punches but Fernando moves out of range.

Fernando feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

and ZasZas counters with a head kick. That will keep Fernando thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Fernando shoots in looking for a takedown. ZasZas tries to sprawl out of it but Fernando keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. ZasZas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Fernando shoots for a double leg takedown but ZasZas sprawls well. He's pushed Fernando's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
