Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chev Chelios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keiji Numa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chelios comes to the ring accompanied by In Waves. Numa has chosen You're Going Down as his entrance music. Chev Chelios has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chelios doesn't manage to clinch there - Numa circles away.
Numa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chelios tries to avoid it but Numa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chelios to the ground. Chelios escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Chelios tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Chelios closes the distance and clinches.
I was talking to Chelios's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
