Santos's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Garota de Ipanema. Harry Distacio Jr has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Santos throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Distacio Jr stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Distacio Jr moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Santos looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Distacio Jr has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Santos feints a jab promting Distacio Jr to slip. Santos then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Distacio Jr slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

He tries to recover but Santos pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Distacio Jr is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
