The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baldwin lands a jab-cross combination.
Baldwin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

so Turbio counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Turbio trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Baldwin manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Baldwin is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Turbio is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Turbio seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Baldwin does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

I really don't envy Baldwin right now.
Turbio keeps control of the position easily here as Baldwin tries to buck him off.
Baldwin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Baldwin really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Turbio is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Turbio extends the arm and Baldwin is forced to tap!
