The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wong lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like Gregory Adams has been cut.
Adams defending well as Wong loads up on a big left hand.
A swing and a miss from Wong.
Adams throws a looping overhand right but Wong ducks down to avoid it.
Wong scores with a nice right hand.
Adams misses with a body kick.
Wong blocks a leg kick.
Adams has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Wong throws a good cross that connects.
Wong lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Adams at a distance.
Wong tries to clinch there but Adams circles away.
Adams circles away from the clinch attempt.

Adams is pushing Wong up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Wong tries to clinch but Adams is having none of it.
Adams throws a solid leg kick but Wong takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Adams.
Adams fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Wong connects with a nice looking jab.
Adams fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Wong.

Wong swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Adams's corner calls for a 1-2. Adams obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Adams's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Wong connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Adams scrambles back to his feet.

Adams lands a big right hand that sends Wong crashing to the mat! Adams stays standing though and waves Wong back to his feet!

Wong is rocked!
Wong throws a series of punches but Adams moves out of range.
Wong on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Adams. Adams obviously looking to wear him down.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Adams.
Wong bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Adams feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Wong sprawling to the canvas! Wong rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Adams finish him?!
Oh Wong is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wong swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Adams explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Wong seems to have got his legs back now.
Wong is breathing heavily.
Adams throws a quick inside leg kick.
Adams misses with a few strikes there.
Wong is looking to chop away at Adams's legs.
Adams ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Adams sends Wong crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Adams is motioning to the referee to let Wong up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Wong leaves his chin hanging out and Adams seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Wong crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

Gregory Adams was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
