The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Chizhov as Hood shoots in.
Chizhov scores with a nice head shot.

It looks like Amado Hood has been cut.
Aleksandr Chizhov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chizhov throws a head kick that misses.

Chizhov rushes Hood and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Hood manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Chizhov stands and throws Hood's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Hood is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Chizhov's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Chizhov tries to stand but can't do so whilst Hood controls his leg.

Hood kicks Chizhov off and gets back to his feet.
Hood really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Chizhov moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Chizhov wobbles Hood with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Chizhov dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Hood to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
