The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgee wants to clinch but Muria slips to the side
and Mcgee takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Mcgee misses with a body shot.
Muria lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Mcgee closes the distance looking to clinch
and Muria counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Mcgee just misses with a punch to the body.
Mcgee takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Mcgee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mcgee will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Mcgee fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Muria avoids it really well and circles away.

Muria connects with a crisp jab.
Muria explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Mcgee is breathing heavily.
Mcgee takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Muria connects with a nice cross there... Mcgee is looking wobbly and Muria recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Mcgee to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Muria jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

After the fight, Le Muria was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
The defeated Pops Mcgee had this to say: 'Well I'm very sorry I lost as an older man my body is not what it used to be im going back to the drawing board to rethink my game plan and I'll be back to bang it out with whoever the matchmakers put me against'.
