Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nathanial Vang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maxamud Farhan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Farhan clinches up with Vang and pushes him back against the cage.
Farhan wants to take the fight to the mat but Vang manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Farhan pulls guard effortlessly.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Vang missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Farhan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Farhan pulls Vang in close to his closed guard and prevents Vang from doing any damage or advancing position.
Vang won't allow Farhan to sweep him here.
Vang throws an elbow that misses. Farhan uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Vang's guard. Nice move by Farhan!
Vang can't keep his opponent in guard - Farhan advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Farhan looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Vang is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Farhan is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Vang!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Farhan lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Vang hang on?
Vang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Farhan on the ground.

Farhan gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Vang gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Farhan throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Farhan would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Farhan is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
It looks like Farhan might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Vang could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Maxamud Farhan wasn't active enough on the ground.
Farhan misses with a head kick.

Farhan drives through with a takedown into guard.
Farhan looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Farhan trying to stand up but can't free himself from Vang's guard.

Farhan throws a big elbow that misses.
Farhan wanted to stand there but Vang had control of the position.
Farhan is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Maxamud Farhan.

Farhan rushes Vang and presses him up against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Maxamud Farhan dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Farhan throws the kick towards the body but Vang avoids it.

Farhan bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Farhan looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Vang takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Farhan has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Vang!
Vang might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Farhan looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee warns Vang that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Farhan looking to control and managing it successfully.

Farhan jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Vang manages to avoid the submission attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Vang gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Farhan has hold of Vang's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Vang manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Vang can't escape the position.
Farhan lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Farhan is working for a guillotine from mount but Vang frees his head quite easily.

Vang wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Vang trying to get back to his feet but Farhan is in full control for now.
Farhan has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Vang's body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Maxamud Farhan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!

Vang gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Farhan to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Farhan engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Farhan has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Farhan is pushing down on Vang's leg trying to pass to half guard. Vang is fighting to maintain full guard but Farhan has managed to sneak the leg through.

Farhan works his foot free and advances to mount.
Vang takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Farhan takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Farhan gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Maxamud Farhan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Farhan feints and as Vang raises his hands in defense, Farhan changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Farhan passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Farhan works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Vang is rocked!

Farhan has an Americana. Vang didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Farhan is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Farhan hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
