The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcknight slips a jab and a cross from New.
New falls off balance throwing a combination
and Mcknight counters with a three punch combo that has New backing up. New nods at Mcknight to acknowledge the strikes.
New misses with a double jab

and Mcknight counters with a head kick that drops New - he's looking to finish, following his stunned foe to the ground!

New is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
New landing rabbit punches to the side of Mcknight's head. Not doing much damage but still scoring a few points.
New tries to get to full guard but Mcknight has control of the leg.
Mcknight thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
New trying to hold on to Mcknight's head to control him but Mcknight postures up.

New takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
