Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikaiah Rynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Barbosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barbosa comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kick In the Door kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Rynn lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Barbosa has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Barbosa and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Barbosa throws a nice outside leg kick.
That kick from Barbosa tenderised Rynn's leg. Rynn is trying to keep his angry face on.

Rynn moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Rynn connects with a right hand. Barbosa shakes it off.
Rynn has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Sweat Lodge in the buildup to the fight.

Barbosa goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Barbosa delivers a nice body kick.
Rynn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Barbosa moves out of range of the leg kick from Rynn.
Rynn blocks a head kick by Barbosa.
Rynn darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
A punch lands to the side of Barbosa 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Rynn circles away from the clinch attempt.
Barbosa has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rynn throws a shot to the body.
Rynn throws a low kick but it's checked well by Barbosa.

Mikaiah Rynn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rynn ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Rynn throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Barbosa sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Rynn moves out of range as Barbosa throws a body kick.
Barbosa throws a sloppy head kick and Rynn moves out of range easily.
Barbosa gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Barbosa tries to clinch up but Rynn circles away and keeps his distance.
Good exchange - Rynn coming out on top.
Good leg kick by Barbosa there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Rynn lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Barbosa is looking to close the distance but Rynn sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Barbosa crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Barbosa is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
