Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Alekcey Susaev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vova Bogdanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vova Bogdanov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alekcey Susaev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vova Bogdanov!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, John Kavanagh and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogdanov blocks a head kick by Susaev.
Susaev tries to clinch but Bogdanov moves out of range.
Bogdanov tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Susaev defends well and Bogdanov ends up having to push Susaev into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Bogdanov pulls guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Susaev trying to control the position from guard on top but Bogdanov is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Susaev has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Bogdanov to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Susaev is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bogdanov pulls down on the head and he's put Susaev to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Vova Bogdanov!
