The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnstown throws a body shot but no joy.
Johnstown ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Ataides goes for a double leg but Johnstown avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Johnstown continues to drive forward.
Johnstown makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Johnstown lands an elbow just above Ataides 's eye.
It looks like Leandro Ataides has been cut.
Ataides has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Johnstown is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
