Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yippe Mofo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mofo tries to clinch there but Drake circles away.
Drake misses the jab.

Mofo feints and as Drake raises his hands in defense, Mofo changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Drake has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mofo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Drake is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Mofo has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Drake is proving hard to escape from.
Drake looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mofo is one step ahead there.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Drake is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Drake has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Mofo is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Drake.

Drake regains full guard. Nicely done.

Drake escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mofo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Drake bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mofo's guard.

Mofo has his foot on Drake's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Drake works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Mofo is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Drake has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Mofo is looking to defend but Drake has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Mofo! Drake pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Mofo taps out and this one is all over!
