Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stu Grimson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Alexander Emelianenko has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Alexander Emelianenko seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grimson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Grimson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Grimson misses with an attempted mid kick.
Grimson looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Grimson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
A solid leg kick lands there for Grimson.
Nice uppercut lands for Grimson. That snapped Emelianenko's head back.
Grimson keeps Emelianenko at a distance using the push kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Emelianenko takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Grimson misses with a body kick.
Grimson throws a solid leg kick but Emelianenko takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Grimson.
That kick from Grimson tenderised Emelianenko's leg. Emelianenko is trying to keep his angry face on.
Good leg kick by Grimson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Grimson lands a nice looking body kick.
Emelianenko is breathing heavily.
Grimson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Emelianenko.

This has been an exciting period of action!
A nice inside leg kick there by Grimson. That's going to slow Emelianenko down.

Grimson lands a big uppercut and Emelianenko crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Emelianenko looks OK. Grimson waves Emelianenko back to his feet!

It looks like Alexander Emelianenko has been cut.
Grimson fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Emelianenko square on the jaw! Damn, Emelianenko is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
