Valhall is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Amon Amarth - Valhall Awaits Me. Frank Mir could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Vale Valhall's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valhall stuffs the takedown attempt from Mir. Mir gets slowly back to his feet.
Valhall swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Valhall scores with a hook to the body. Mir takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Valhall misses with a head kick.
Mir slips a jab and a cross from Valhall.
Mir misses the jab.
Mir shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Valhall as he avoids it easily.
Valhall misses the jab.
Valhall tries to score with a low kick but Mir moves his leg out of the way.
Valhall misses with a wild combination.
Mir takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Valhall slips under a jab from Mir.
Valhall rushes Mir with punches - Mir moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Mir goes down! Valhall follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vale Valhall! Vale Valhall retains his heavyweight title!
