Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Moody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dallas Taliaferro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taliaferro has chosen Tough as John Jacobs by Maylene & the Sons of Disaster as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taliaferro throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Moody counters with a big head kick but Taliaferro shrugs it off.

Moody looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Taliaferro is trying to keep Moody in close.
Moody showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Moody knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Taliaferro on the ground.
Taliaferro tries to strike from the bottom.

Taliaferro bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Moody's guard.
Taliaferro postures up in Moody's guard and throws a big left but Moody blocks it.

Taliaferro drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Taliaferro jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Moody thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Moody is wriggling around but Taliaferro manages to pass to half guard.

Taliaferro is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Taliaferro is trying to control. Moody wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Moody tries to kick Taliaferro off but Taliaferro keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Moody is staying active underneath Taliaferro, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Taliaferro unloads with some shots from mount but Moody bucks and avoids them well.
Taliaferro is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Taliaferro looking to control but Moody is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Moody really wants to buck Taliaferro off and get back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Moody avoids the body shot from Taliaferro.

Taliaferro gets caught napping as Moody dives in and scores a takedown. Taliaferro manages to retain guard.

Taliaferro is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Moody has his hands clasped together but Taliaferro extends and breaks Moody's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Taliaferro.

Dallas Taliaferro tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
