Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Leite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kesigan Lawler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kesigan Lawler will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thiago Leite!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kesigan Lawler!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Emerson Jorge and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lawler closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lawler lands in his opponent's guard.
Leite might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Lawler seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Lawler passes Leite's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Lawler decides to return to a standing position.

Lawler throws a sloppy head kick and Leite moves out of range easily.
Kesigan Lawler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lawler tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Leite swivels and escapes.
Lawler takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Lawler shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Leite defends it nicely.
Leite throws a leg kick which misses Lawler's front leg but catches the back leg as Lawler tries to avoid it.
Lawler looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Thiago Leite has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kesigan Lawler.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Leite.
Leite lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Lawler changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Leite looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
