Adams comes into the arena with My World blaring out of the sound system. Davide Michieletto has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michieletto connects with a body shot that sends Adams's belly button to the back.
Adams tries to bum rush Michieletto with a series of wild strikes but Michieletto uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Michieletto shoots in but no luck this time.
Sloppy strikes from Adams. Those never looked like landing.
Michieletto throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Adams's head.

It looks like Lawrance Adams has been cut.
Adams throws a hook to the side of Michieletto's head but Michieletto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Adams swinging wildly here.
Michieletto misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Michieletto throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Michieletto throws a sloppy head kick and Adams moves out of range easily.
Adams throws a right hand that misses
and Michieletto counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A telegraphed right hand from Adams misses the target.
Michieletto cracks Adams with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Michieletto looks to throw the jab but Adams is out of range.
Michieletto shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Adams as he avoids it easily.
Adams misses with a jab, cross combination.
Michieletto lands a really nice looking cross but Adams seems unphased.
Michieletto lands a front kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Michieletto ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Adams moves away.
Michieletto thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Adams if he has to take too many more of those.
Michieletto lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Adams misses with an uppercut. Michieletto saw that one coming.
Adams goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Adams chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Michieletto can pounce on him.
Adams connects with a single shot there.
A jab from Michieletto does it's job there.
Michieletto connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Adams! He's out on his feet! Michieletto rushes in and drops Adams with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
