PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Winston Wyrm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Raptor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wyrm comes to the cage accompanied by Don't Tread by Damn Yankees. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wyrm tries to clinch
and Raptor counters with a head kick. That will keep Wyrm thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Wyrm closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Wyrm is trying to ground and pound but Raptor uses the momentary lack of control by Wyrm to regain half guard.

Raptor might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Wyrm haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Raptor has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Axia Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

I would just about give that final round to Danny Raptor.
Well Raptor has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
