The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coryatt avoids the body shot from Treimanis.
Treimanis lands a leg kick that knocks Coryatt off balance momentarily.

Treimanis avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Coryatt scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Treimanis doesn't seem bothered though.

Treimanis lands a nice hook to Coryatt's body. Coryatt takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Treimanis looks to land a body kick but Coryatt moved away.
Treimanis throws a leg kick but Coryatt moved away.

Treimanis staggers Coryatt with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Coryatt looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! Just in time and the ref is going to let the fight continue!

Oskars Treimanis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Treimanis scores a knockdown with a big right hand! Coryatt beats the count and gets back to his feet. The referee asks him to walk forwards and it appears he is OK so we'll continue the bout.
Treimanis displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Coryatt throws out the jab.
