Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Huerta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Magnus Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Scott's choice of entrance music: Ironfist. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Paul Huerta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Magnus Scott!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Jeff Smith and Roger Salmon.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott tries for a takedown but Huerta circles away easily
enabling Huerta to counter with a crisp jab.

Scott shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Huerta counters with a nice body shot.
Huerta tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Scott manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Scott closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Huerta did well to prevent Scott getting side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Scott throws a strike but Huerta manages to get a kimura sweep and he's found himself on top with the kimura half locked in! This would be a real turnaround! He's torquing it... Will Scott tap??? YES! He's tapped! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Paul Huerta!
A relieved looking Paul Huerta thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
The defeated Magnus Scott had this to say: 'I'll be back!'.
