Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sergej Smakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Hiller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hiller is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Cabbage - No meat for you. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smakov lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Smakov misses with a wild combination.
Hiller dives in for a single leg takedown but Smakov sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Hiller keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Smakov's efforts to push away.

Hiller has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Smakov is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Hiller has Smakov pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Hiller pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Smakov tumbling to the mat - Hiller dives into Smakov's guard.

It looks like Sergej Smakov has been cut.
The referee warns Smakov that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Hiller lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
