Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alonso Calhoun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlot Fitzwater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fitzwater comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Seether - Breakdown kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Kenichi Hosakawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitzwater has managed to clinch.
Calhoun pulls Fitzwater into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fitzwater accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Fitzwater working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Fitzwater got a little sloppy there for a moment and Calhoun has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Fitzwater has managed to get both his arms back between Calhoun's legs - danger averted.
